Returns
The Jewel Shop is absolutely committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please contact us.

Due to the nature of our products we reserve the right to insist that any order maybe deemed compulsory to have an id signature required delivery.

Choose carefully when selecting the box “Authority to Leave”.
By doing so you hereby authorise when confirming for your parcel to be delivered to and left at your nominated shipping address without requiring a signature for the delivery that The Jewel Shop will not replace or refund items which you do not receive if delivered without a signature.

We take credit card fraud very seriously.

All orders are checked before being processed!
Don’t assume your order will slip through unnoticed!
We reserve the right to cancel any transactions that we feel are high risk.
If your transaction is flagged in our system as suspected fraud or high risk, we will check your order and may need to phone you on the given number to ensure that the purchase has been made by the actual credit card holder.
If we find anyone trying to place an order using another person’s credit card details, The Jewel Shop will report all transaction information to the Australian Federal Police and banking authorities.
We use 3D secure for your secure payments on every transaction.
In summary, 3D secure authentication can help protect both merchants and customers from online payment fraud and prevent a customers’ credit and debit card being used if lost or stolen.
This security protocol is designed to provide an additional layer of security for online credit card and debit card transactions by providing improved security for Internet payments and keeping card holders details from being stolen.

When making a payment online the bank card issuer redirects the transaction to a 3D Secure page for secure verification and this helps card issuers and card holders with online shopping authentication by confirming the identity of their cardholder.

Customers must provide The Jewel Shop with complete and accurate details when making purchases.
If you are the cardholder you must provide your billing address to avoid failing the fraud check and add the shipping address into the order for the actual shipping address required.
The Jewel Shop is not liable if we are given an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase or returned goods.
Any additional expenses in correcting the order are the responsibility of the customer.

Please Note
We have a no returns refund policy on all made to order and special orders; this includes all personalised and engraved jewellery

To return products to The Jewel Shop, please use Registered Post for your package and mail to the address shown on your invoice.
Unfortunately, the postage charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning a faulty item item for exchange or replacement, you are not required to pay for the registered post return delivery on the outgoing parcel.
All other returns/reorders will be charged the standard or priority delivery rate based on your delivery preference.
Returns must be in original packaging and condition (original condition constitutes Not Worn, no scratches, no wear and tear and no damage.)
Earrings can ONLY be returned if the earrings are still in the original packaging and unworn (this specification is a health regulation with all earrings).

To ensure your complete satisfaction with your order we recommend that you contact us by email via our “Contact us” link on the website or call us on 0438440246 for immediate response to any queries or questions regarding your enquiry. If you require any special requests please ask! We are happy to help in any way we can.

Our Quality Control team will inspect every delivery prior to shipping to ensure that the products you receive meet our high quality standards. We will not refund or exchange any products damaged after delivery. However, if you do receive a product which is faulty, please don’t hesitate to call us to arrange free return delivery and an exchange or refund. Should a fault appear after your jewellery has been worn, it would be appreciated if you would give us the details of the fault or damage prior to returning it to us. To do this use the “Contact us” link on the website and a Customer Service representative will phone you to discuss the best option for your complete satisfaction.
